SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of the order being received and paid in full. We use Australia post for all package deliveries and customers have the option to choose between regular post and express post.
Express Post is normally received within 1-2 business days after being dispatched only if your shipping postcode is within the Express Post network. If you are located outside the network, please refer to the AusPost website for exact Express transit times.
Regular Post is normally received within 2-7 days after being dispatched depending on delivery postcode.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates unfortunately as once your order has been posted, its up to AusPost to get it to you on time. If you believe your order is lost or stolen in transit, please allow an additional 4 business days past the expected delivery date before contacting us and we will then be able to lodge an enquiry with AusPost on your behalf.
Items are posted from Darwin, Northern Territory using Australia Post. Postage will occur within 1-2 working days after receiving full payment. If your order is placed on a Friday afternoon or on a weekend/ public holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.
- Costs are calculated upon checkout, kindly enter your delivery address and postcode to see the delivery charges.
- Australia Post parcels will come with tracking numbers.
- Please allow 3 – 10 Days to receive your order.
Please be aware that once your parcel has been dispatched by us, we have no control over delays caused by shipping companies. This sadly can happen at times, especially during busy periods/ holiday season. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit or potentially stolen items. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Kindly inspect items upon receipt and notify us within 1-2 days if items are damaged or defective. If items are faulty, kindly send us a message through this website or email@example.com. Refunds do not cover any damage as a result of improper care or handling by the customer.
We cannot accept returns that have been used.
For change of mind, items must be returned in the same condition as it arrived. Notify us within 1-2 days after receiving items. In this case, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the customer must incur the cost of return postage.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. If items are returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, cost of repostage is shouldered by the buyer.
Your shipping details and contact information are only used to communicate with you about your order and to fulfil your order.
